Fondes Amandes House is our base during most package tours. The Fondes Amandes valley in the foothills of the Northern Range has the unusual advantage of being in a forested location, yet being only ten minutes from city and shopping, etc.

Fondes Amandes House, the family home of a British Architect, turned family run host home, offers comfort, a relaxed informal atmosphere and good company. The house is a contemporary adaptation of the Colonial Style. Verandas and Patios open on views of mountains, gardens, a large swimming pool, with poolside barbecue facilities. Most rooms are ensuite, some with balconies. Services such as laundry and access to fax machines and internet make this a most desirable accommodation.

Forest Lodge has its own indescribable magic. Deep in the North Coast forest set on the cliffs above a pristine secluded beach far from roads and civilization. This lodge participates in the life of the jungle. 'Neighbors' (From six miles away), drop in to play homemade instruments and to have a drink of rum. Most Food is grown in the garden or caught in the bay or the surrounding jungle. This is as natural as you are going to get. Guests are assured of dry beds in cedar framed bamboo cabanas, good food and running water facilities (spring fed).
